Villa Sunset Golf is an absolute oceanfront villa with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and the famous Greg Norman designed golf course. Located 45 minutes from Bali’s International airport and only 25 minutes to the shopping and restaurant district of Seminyak. The villa is newly renovated and features three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, spacious living and dining areas with all the modern comforts. The villa was newly decorated on December 2009 by renowned Bali based interior decorator Hananto Lloyd. The interior design is classic and comfortable suitable for families or couples vacationing together.

Enter the villa through traditional Balinese gates where you will see large stepping stones which lead you through a tropical landscaped garden. A bubbling water feature is set in the center of a large tranquil reflecting pool. The living and dining area downstairs is fully air-conditioned with a dining table, lounge area, coffee table, IDD telephone, flat screen LCD television with satellite channels, DVD player and IPOD dock station. The villa features a modern kitchen with all appliances including a large refrigerator, microwave, cook-top and oven. There is also a washing machine and clothes dryer available for guest use.

On the same level, the master bedroom is spacious with marble floors, a king sized bed, writing desk, LCD flat screen television, DVD player and large doors which can be opened to the pool area. There is a double dressing area which features a safe deposit box and a marble bathroom en-suite with an oversized sunken tub, separate shower, toilet and double vanity unit.

Upstairs, the living and dining pavilion is fan-cooled and boasts some spectacular views of the Indian Ocean and the Greg Norman Designed golf course. Relax on the large day bed or dine with the sounds of the ocean.

Across from the living and dining pavilion are two more bedrooms. One of the bedrooms features a double bed with en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is also equipped with a flat screen television, DVD player and safe deposit box. Next door is the third bedroom which features two large double beds, flat screen television, safe deposit box, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the balcony.

All bedrooms are designed with attractive and comfortable soft furnishings which make guests feel right at home.

Villa Sunset Golf has a private plunge pool, day loungers, outdoor umbrella and a bale bengong perfect for spa treatments or simply to relax. The villa also features a 4 seat electric golf buggy for use around the 100 hectare Bali Nirwana Resort. Golf discounts are available along with complimentary access to Le Meridien facilities including the lagoon swimming pools, slides, kids club, tennis, squash courts and Fitness Center.

At your service are three very helpful, trained and friendly staff who can assist with daily housekeeping, butler service and cooking. In-villa laundry is inclusive in the rental.
